1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Sawdust Bandit ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website www.thesawdustbandit.com purchasing our products, or engaging with our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. 

2. Services Offered

The Sawdust Bandit offers custom-made, handcrafted furniture and woodworking services. This includes:

• Custom furniture design and construction.
• Refurbishment and repurposing of existing furniture.
• Sale of handcrafted furniture and woodworking products.
• Design consultations.

3. Orders and Payment

• Custom Orders: Custom furniture orders require a design consultation and a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup.
• Product Purchases: Payment for purchased products is due at the time of order.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash and major credit card. We DO NOT accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal or any other third-party payment system or application, unless specifically agree upon by us, prior to services being conducted. 
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the final price before proceeding with any order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within our designated service area for an additional fee.
• Shipping Outside Local Area: Shipping costs for orders outside our local area will be determined at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our work, custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Product Purchases: We offer a 10-day return window for purchased products, minus any deposit, provided they are in their original condition and with proof of purchase.
• Damaged Items: We are not responsible for damage to items after the 10-day return window or damage incurred during shipping.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on our website and related materials are the intellectual property of The Sawdust Bandit and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious content.
• Interfere with the operation of our website or Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Sawdust Bandit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products. 
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question. 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sawdust Bandit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State Of Colorado. 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
