1. Custom Orders:
- Final Sale: Due to the personalized and custom nature of our handcrafted furniture, all custom orders are considered final sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made pieces.
- Design Approval: We will provide detailed design drafts and require your approval before commencing construction. Please carefully review all specifications and measurements before approval.
- Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If you believe there is a defect or issue with your custom piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to discuss potential solutions.
2. Purchased Products (Non-Custom Items):
- 10-Day Return Window: We offer a 10-day return window for non-custom items purchased directly from us.
- Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) for any return or refund.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, minus any non-refundable deposit paid at the time of order.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
3. Damaged Items:
- Inspection Upon Delivery/Pickup: Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery or pickup. If you notice any damage, please document it immediately and notify us within 24 hours.
- Shipping Damage: The Sawdust Bandit is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Claims for shipping damage should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
- Damage After 10 Days: We are not responsible for any damage to items that occurs after the 10-day return window.

- Sale Items: Sale or discounted items may be subject to a different return policy, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
